Present Smartphones are great and almost complete blogging devices. Specially the smartphones with qwerty keypad, gprs/edge/3G connectivity and camera are best for mobile blogging.
Even today for communicating through internet we use written words, sound and images/video. The present smartphones with above mentioned capabilities are good enough to accomplish all those tasks, and with better portability.
I personally use my Nokia E71 as my primary and main communication device. And all the stuff I post in my blogs and web, is mainly through this amazing smartphone. But the only regret with Nokia E71 is it's not so good camera.
